Legendary Indian spinner Anil Kumble has been offer the top job by the International Cricket Committee. A report says that the past Indian skipper was selected generally appointed as the chairman of Cricket Committee replacing West Indies great Clive Lloyd.

“In Anil Kumble, we have a new chairman who has unquestioned experience not only as a player with India but also as an administrator with Karnataka State Cricket Association as well,” ICC President Alan Issac was quoted in the report.“I am sure that he will carry on Clive’s good work and bring, like Andrew Strauss, modern thinking to the committee and both understand obviously the issues facing the modern game,” he added.
